Charlatte Model CTT10 light duty tow tractor is a self-propelled battery powered three wheel towing vehicle designed for spotting baggage, freight, mail, carts/dollies in baggage makeup rooms and freight/mail facilities. The unit is a rugged all purpose utility vehicle for use in airport hangars and stock rooms. The unit is a compact, highly maneuverable vehicle, capable of turning within its own length, and is ideal for narrow isles and very tight operating conditions. A low center of gravity and solid three-point suspension provide excellent stability.

The unit is capable of a top running speed of 8 mph (12.9 km/h) when empty and 5 mph (8.0 km/h) when towing a load of 10,000 lbs. (453.6 kg). The operators compartment contains all the controls and indicators necessary to drive the unit including foot operated accelerator pedal, directional lever, keyless power switch, light switch, and horn switch. The battery connector is located for convenient power disconnects. A parking brake interlock switch removes power when the park brake is applied.
