Charlatte Model DC3 universal chassis is an internal combustion support vehicle whose modular frame design allows the vehicle to be customized and used as a lavatory servicing truck, passenger stairs, hi-lift catering van, hi-lift cleaning van or hi-lift maintenance platform.  The DC3 provides a heavy duty GSE grade replacement for the commercial truck chassis currently used throughout the industry.

The unit is capable of a top running speed of 25 mph (40.2 km/h). Power for the main drive is supplied by an internal combustion engine  with an automatic transmission. Electric drive is also available. Available with a single or dual passenger cab with wipers, heater, defroster, and dome light.
